Service Description
Ages 9+ Are your kids climbing the walls at home and you are certain they are fit for the circus? Why not sign them up for Aerial Acrobatics? This 8 week program is designed for monkeys who love to climb, tumble and enjoy being upside down 🙃. Each class will start off with a fun warm-up game. We will rotate the apparatus each week (Pole Fitness, Aerial Silks and Lyra). After they have monkeyed around and gotten all their sillies out, we will end the class with a cool down and stretch. What to wear: Tight shorts or leggings, socks or bare feet, and t-shirt, tank top (that can be tucked in) or sports bra. See Cancellation Policy Prerequisite: Ages 9+, completion of at least 1 Youth Aerial Intermediate series, able to climb to the top of the silks and comfortable aerial inverting (invert at the top of the silks), and double knee hang from top bar of hoop unassisted.
