Information for New Members

We have 2 main types of classes:

1. Aerial Series Classes (8 weeks)

- You can either pay for just your 8 week series (1 hour class per week for 8 weeks), or you can get a membership which also includes unlimited drop-ins per month.

- We have Beginner Pole Fitness, Silks, Hoop and Trapeze available for anyone new wanting to try!

2. Drop-ins (both aerial and non-aerial)

- You must register for each drop-in class you wish to attend.

- See our Drop-in page for a complete list of drop-in classes and a description of each.

We also have workshops, events, and specialty classes available.

Booking your class

Planning to come to your first class? Here are some things to know before your first class at Sunshine Aerial Fitness:

  1. Please make sure to create an account on our website.

  2. Fill out and sign your waiver and medical questionnaire.

  3. Visit our "Book Classes Online" page to reserve your spot.

  4. Please review our Studio Etiquette Policy for the safety and comfort of our students.

  5. Each class requires different workout attire, please make sure to check your classes and ensure you are prepared for your first class at our studio. (see What do I need to bring/wear? FAQ)

  6. Please arrive 10 minutes early for first class to get a quick tour.

 

We currently accept email money transfer, cash,  Paypal, Debit Cards and all major Credit Cards. You can register for classes online using credit cards or Interac.
