Service Description
This is the old level 8&9 combined. You donโt have to be fit to do pole dancing, doing pole dancing makes you fit! This exciting class will build your strength, flexibility and self-esteem! Class includes a 10 minute warm-up to build strength and flexibility, preparing you for the moves you will learn in your level. You will start to work on: ๐ป extended butterfly, ๐ป shoulder mount straddles, ๐ป spins such as cradle spin to butterfly, ๐ป step up mount (reiko or Flying K mount) ๐ป more entrances into superman, ๐ป Cupid, ๐ป 2 minutes of free flow at the end of every class incorporating the moves and transitions you have learned. The last 5 minutes of class are to cool down and stretch. You will have so much fun, you wonโt even realize you are working out (until you feel sore the next day because you worked out muscles you never realized you had)! What to wear: Tight shorts or leggings, socks or bare feet, and t-shirt, tank top or sports bra. โ Prerequisite: Pole Dance/Fitness Level 3 + be able to aerial invert, superman from at least 1 entrance off the floor, chair to angel spin, gemini climbs (at least 2 each side), cradle spin (crouching tiger) baby butterfly, flatline and brass monkey from the floor.
