Service Description

You don’t have to be fit to do pole dancing, doing pole dancing makes you fit! This exciting class will build your strength, flexibility and self-esteem! Class includes a 10 minute warm-up to build strength and flexibility, preparing you for the moves you will learn in your level. You will learn some fun new moves and combinations like Starfish to Superman, Yogini, and Shouldermount as well as starting to learn more dynamic spins such as Dangerous to Flatline. You will continue to work on flow with 2 minutes of free flow at the end of every class incorporating the moves and transitions you have learned. The last 5 minutes of class will be stretching and cool down. You will have so much fun, you won’t even realize you are working out! What to wear: Short tight shorts and tank top or sports bra, as we will be learning moves that require skin stick. See Cancellation Policy Prerequisite: Level 5 + must be able to do Scorpio and Gemini with no hands, cross ankle hangback and Flatline.
