🆕 Pole Fitness Level 5 (old lvl 10 +)
Thursdays at 7pm, starting Dec. 12, 2024 for 8 weeks. (NO CLASS ON DEC. 26th.)
Service Description
This is the old level 10+. You don’t have to be fit to do pole dancing, doing pole dancing makes you fit! This exciting class will build your strength, flexibility and self-esteem! Class includes a 20 minute warm-up and conditioning to build strength and flexibility, preparing you for the moves you will learn in your level. You will start to work on: 🌻 Ayeshas and straight edge, 🌻 Aerial shoulder mounts, 🌻 Phoenix 🌻 Drops / flips / combos 🌻 2 minutes of free flow at the end of every class incorporating the moves and transitions you have learned. The last 5 minutes of class are to cool down and stretch. You will have so much fun, you won’t even realize you are working out (until you feel sore the next day because you worked out muscles you never realized you had)! What to wear: Tight shorts or leggings, socks or bare feet, and t-shirt, tank top or sports bra. ✅ Prerequisite: Pole Dance/Fitness Level 4 + be able to do (and hold for at least 5 seconds) extended butterfly, shoulder mount straddle, cupid and step up mount to knee hook (Reiko mount).
