Service Description
This is the old level 4&5 combined. You don’t have to be fit to do pole dancing, doing pole dancing makes you fit! This exciting class will build your strength, flexibility and self-esteem! Class includes a 10 minute warm-up to build strength and flexibility, preparing you for the moves you will learn in your level. You will start to work on: 🌻 fundamental inverted moves like Gemini and Scorpio, 🌻 dynamic spins such as Angel Spin and Side V-Spin, 🌻 hangback and laybacks, 🌻 the basic pole climb, 🌻 getting into fun poses from the ground such as (but not limited to): martini sit, sunrise, starfish, superman and figurehead. Class also includes learning a fun routine to music using the moves and spins you have learned so far on your pole journey. The last 5 minutes of class are to cool down and stretch. You will have so much fun, you won’t even realize you are working out (until you feel sore the next day because you worked out muscles you never realized you had)! What to wear: Tight short shorts, socks or bare feet, and t-shirt, tank top or sports bra. ✅ Prerequisite: Pole Dance/Fitness Level 1 + be able to sit and stand on the pole, hold inverted crucifix with no hands and be able to kick Into (and hold) inverted-V unassisted.
