Want to spin it up a notch? This specialty spin class will make you feel like you are flying by taking previously learned movements of your Intermediate class with the difficulty of adding the element of Centripetal Force! What to wear: Short tight shorts and tank top or sports bra, as we will be learning moves that require skin stick. See Cancellation Policy Prerequisite: Completion of Pole Fitness Level 4
