Note this class is only 30 mins Take your moves into motion and learn the foundations of Spinning Pole! This specialty spin class will make you feel like you are flying by adding some Centripetal Force! What to wear: Short tight shorts and tank top or sports bra, as we will be learning moves that require skin stick. See Cancellation Policy Prerequisite: Completion of Pole Fitness Level 2
