Service Description
This exciting, ALL LEVELS, open Aerial playtime is an opportunity to practice what you are learning in your level class, as well as get the opportunity to work on other moves that might not be in your level, but that you are ready for. And get to meet other wonderful pole sisters in the studio. Class includes an instructor led 10 minute warm-up to build strength and flexibility. The instructor will help and spot any new moves you are learning or perfecting, as well as a stretch and cool down at the end. What to wear: Depends on which apparatus you wish to use.
