Aerial Silks Advanced - Wed April

Service Description

You don’t have to be fit to do silks, doing silks makes you fit! This exciting class will build your strength, flexibility and self-esteem! Class includes a 10 minute warm-up to build strength and flexibility, preparing you for the moves you will learn in your level. The last 5 minutes of class will be stretching and cool down. What to wear: Tight leggings (silks can burn the skin so shorts are discouraged), tight tank top, t-shirts, short or long sleeved shirt, or body suit. See Cancellation Policy Prerequisite: * taken intermediate silks, * able to Russian and French climb to the top of silks, * able to aerial invert, and * enter hip key from the air.
