Service Description
Aerial hammock yoga is a fun way to practice yoga for all levels, from the beginner to the experienced yogi. In this mini-series we will explore some basic yoga poses with the hammock as a prop to support or challenge us in these poses. One of the greatest benefits of aerial yoga is inversions, and we will play around with a few ways to safely practice going upside-down! Brad has been practicing yoga since 2010 - after a mild brain injury, and completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training in 2020. During that training, he discovered aerial yoga and has been practicing it for over 2 years. In April 2022, he completed the training to teach aerial yoga; it is his favourite type of yoga to practice and teach. In February 2023, Brad also completed a 300 hour advanced yoga teacher training.
